Lisa is a former solicitor and qualified coach. She has been coaching since 2007, providing one to one and group coaching to professionals concentrating on improving performance, leadership and career coaching and managing major change. As a solicitor with over 10 years legal expertise in intellectual property and commercial litigation both in private practice and in-house Lisa has extensive experience of working within the professional service sector and across a variety of industries.
Lisa set up Citrus to help develop people skills within the professional service sector. She believes that through coaching, professionals can develop personal skills which will bring huge benefits to their organisation as well as to their personal lives.
